I love berry lips for the Spring! I went to Sephora in Vegas, and I fell in love with Givenchy’s Velvet Purple and Christian Dior’s Hypnotic Red. I was recently asked by The Beauty Bag what were my must have beauty products, and of course the berry colors were it!

Ariana Pierce, my 21 year-old daughter and owner of Superstar Nail Lacquer was featured on Black Enterprise as the Entrepreneur of the Week.
Watching this video made me think of the many times, when my Ariana shadowed me and watch as i conducted business right from home…and thinking even further back, how I shadowed my father, watching him conduct business deals in his office, traveling with him around town and to major success seminars. This is the rewards of a good legacy. Do you know that your children are watching you and everything you do?
What kind of image are you giving your children as a business owner? Or, even if you are an employee, are you showing them the benefits of working? I encourage you to give your kids something to aspire to…show them that not only is working (whether for someone else or in your own business) is necessary to have wealth.
Your children are never too young to learn the value of money and the benefits of earning wealth. Invest in them while they are young and watch as they grow into dynamic leaders and business owners of tomorrow.
