This week I decided to get back in the kitchen and whip up some food. I’m on a workout and special diet plan so eating this was not on the menu, but it’s always great to cook for others and that’s exactly what I did. Applewood with orange & ginger salmon, seasoned jumbo shrimp, and onion rings did the job. I cook with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil (which is actually good for you and a great alternative for those on a diet).. here I opted for extra virgin olive oil. The results were amazing! Even though I couldn’t eat it all, I had to taste my own food to make sure that it was great for everyone else LOL! Check out my pictures below

Above: I got a bag of frozen Jumbo Shrimp. I first unthawed the shrimp in a large bowl and added seasoning to it. I chose Lawry’s Seasoning Salt, Onion Powder, and Pepper! (Make sure to add a lot of onion powder. It adds great flavor that isn’t too salty)

Above: I love this brand, Cedar Bay! It’s easy and ready to bake after it’s been untawed. Preheat oven to 425 and let the salmon cook for 20-25 minutes!
Above: I love my food warmer! While I was cooking up the Salmon, I kept the shrimp and onion rings hot by turning on the warmer.
