One thing I love about this season is the feminine touch of lace and pastels. It’s my favorite because it makes a style statement in the most elegant way. While in LA filming for an episode of TMZ’s Too Fab, I wore this gorgeous piece to talk all things fashion. They didn’t give me a dress code, but I knew that this would be appropriate on that type of show. This gave me the idea to write a post on how to make a bold style statement while still looking classy.
When you attend business meetings, conferences or work-related events, it can be tricky if you are a fashionista. You want to be super cute, but you don’t want to scare those who are more conservative away. One of the best ways to make that statement is by mixing pastels, like this powder blue dress, and lace or even eyelet details.
