Who else is just as excited for the 4th of July weekend as I am? Weekends mean family time, late nights and an opportunity to snuggle with my pillow. Before we get there though, I want to talk about this gorgeous floral dress I found from ASOS. It’s the most comfortable yet stylish dress I’ve worn so far this summer. What I love most about it, is the scuba like material that helps with the Floridian summer heat. It’s definitely a go-to dress for a brunch date or event.
While talking outfit details is a must, I want to share some things on building your blog site. I’ll get into more details later to come, but today I felt the need to share a few helpful tips on remaining consistent in your blogging venture. First things first, a successful blog starts with planning. It may seem simple, but it’s what every successful blogger does. I always say that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Having a vision for your site starts with planning out your weekly posts. What are some things you’d like to share with the world? Are there any holiday’s approaching that you can blog about? Began to write those things down when they come to you. I suggest getting the Superstar Chic Fashion Planner I created for bloggers to stay organized and prepared throughout each month. It comes with checklists, scrapbook pages, product launch planning sheets and more. It’s what I used to stay organized and up-to-date with what I want to share with my audience, and it has been the product used to take my blog to the next level.
Next, you want to pre-plan your photo shoots. Instead of doing things one-by-one, do a photo shoot for three looks in one day. This way, you have multiple blog posts that can be written in advance to save you time. It’s so stressful trying to rush a photo shoot just to find out you won’t get the photos back for another week! When you prepare by having multiple looks available for your blog, you are able to consistently put out information and posts. There’s definitely more that I could share, but I’ll save that for another post because I have to get back to preparing for our 4th of July party. I’ll be sharing the action on my Instagram (@AriTheHeiress) and Snapchat: ArianaPierce. Be sure to follow along, and I want to wish you a very happy Independence Day.
