Going Gingham

I absolutely love dressing up in fun costumes because I can become any of my favorite characters, but what’s even better is dressing up as something glamorous. This past week, my family celebrated my brother’s 18th birthday with a 1950’s theme. Trying to find the perfect look was made easy with this gorgeous gingham print crop top and skirt.

Hair in the 50’s was all about pin-ups and curls and that’s exactly what I went for. Adding the gold bow took it over the top for a girly feel. MAC’s Ruby Woo lipstick was the perfect contrast and pop of color!

If I could post all the pictures from Ryan’s 18th birthday party, you would be reading this blog post for days. From his diner themed party, to the root beer float station, to the awesome 50’s birthday cake, we had a blast celebrating his awesome accomplishments. I’m so grateful that I’ve achieved so much at a young age, and that I have the privelege of being a CEO and living the entreprenur’s lifestyle. I’m not content just to succeed for myself, though. I love to empower others and see them succeed also!
