The Women’s Success Conference that my mom and I recently hosted was nothing short of amazing! I was able to touch on the importance of blogging in business and how it can have an impact on the outcome of your profits and potential clients or customers. If you were’t able to make it this year, I sure hope to see you there next year for our 3-day conference, July 23-25th, in Orlando, Florida.
Whenever I’m doing motivational speaking, I love to wear bright colors and fun prints! Keeping it fun with my attire helps me to be lively when I hit the stage. Many times, the way you look can determine how you act and perform. Wearing a floral 2 piece like this from, Necessary Clothing, was perfect. It helped me to loosen up and really have fun connecting with the audience.
Two points that I shared during my session on the importance of blogging for entrepreneurs:
- Being consistent with your blog shows your readers that you are consistent in your personal life and with other projects. Your readers want to trust and know that you are speaking from your heart and not just blogging out of obligation. It helps them build confidence with your entire brand.
- Get a calendar to keep track of your blogging schedule. It will remind you of what holidays and seasons are approaching that could go along with your blog posts. Remember that having a successful blog starts with planning!
