Taste of Brazil

Pao de Queijo

After watching the Olympics, it made me want to know and discover all things Brazil. From the gorgeous views of Rio, to the amazing food, I wanted to have a taste of it in my home. Of course, with being a young entrepreneur on the go, trying to cook a full course meal wasn’t ideal. That’s when I discovered a brand called Forno de Minas, that makes delicious Pão de Queijo (aka Brazilian cheesy bread). You know the yummy bread that comes to your table before dinner at any popular Brazilian restaurant. Yep, exactly that!

I didn’t hesitate to order some to my home for a day party with the staff at our office. The best thing about the bread is that they only take 5 minutes to make, which makes life so easy when you are busy. You pop them on a pan with wax paper so they don’t stick, then put them in the oven.

The taste was incredible and it was a guilt free midday snack that we all enjoyed. I know they can be eaten with jelly, butter and many other types of spread, but I loved it plain and it’s best when warm. What’s so awesome is that Forno de Minas is offering $1 off of your order of Pão de Queijo, when you use this link: www.fornodeminas.com/coupon. The are awesome and easy snacks for parties, events and even dinner with your family!

I’m so grateful that I’ve achieved so much at a young age, and that I have the privelege of being a CEO and living the entreprenur’s lifestyle. I’m not content just to succeed for myself, though. I love to empower others and see them succeed also!
