I recently shared on Instagram that I wanted to give you all a closer look into my home. Privacy has been something that I always valued, but over these past few months, I realized that I can still have privacy with showing some lifestyle posts.

Are you looking for ways to upgrade your home? There are some simple things that you can add right now that will completely change the look and upgrade it instantly. Today’s post is centered in the living room, which happens to be one of my favorite places to chat and spend time with my family. As you can see, I absolutely love great coffee table books. They dress up a room and make it look very classy whiteout having to spend a fortune. Because fashion is my first love, I paired some iconic designer books together. Some of my favorite are Vogue, Louis Vuitton, and American Fashion – Designers at home.

Take at least four to five books and stack them on top of a shelf, dresser or coffee table. Having a color theme can really make it pop. For ours, we decided to go with a black, red and gold theme that flows together. The order of the books don’t really matter, just place them in a way that’s pleasing to your eyes. Once you have that set, top it off with a fabulous vase and faux flowers for a rich look. It’s things like this that add life and bring color to any room!
